3Repair and replacement costs above are national averages based on actual project costs as reported by unaffiliated third-party home project websites.
4All plans subject to terms, conditions and limitations in your service plan agreement. Covered items must be in good working order, with no apparent visual or operational malfunctions, as of your service agreement effective date. Non-covered charges, unit caps and dollar amount caps may apply. Deductible due at time of service call. Maximum aggregate plan limit for all claims is $10,000 per agreement term.
5Reimburses you up to $500 when you must pay a deductible on a covered homeowners insurance claim. Only one claim, per member per 12-month period. Additional terms and conditions apply, which will be included in your plan materials you receive after enrollment.
