What is the Cinch Home Services 180-day Workmanship Guarantee?

When one of our service providers performs a covered repair or replacement, we guarantee their workmanship for the first 180 days after completion. If you have an issue with the same covered repair or replacement within that time frame, we will send a service provider back to your home to complete the work subject to your plan terms.

 

Do I have to pay my deductible again?

If the issue is with the same covered repair, you will not have to pay another deductible. If the issue is not the same as the original one, you will need to submit a new service request and pay your deductible.

 

What is the problem is different than the original issue?

No problem! You can submit a new service request by phone or through My Account anytime.

 

Will the same service provider be assigned?

It may or may not be the same service provider because we want to get your item repaired as quickly as possible. We will make that determination based on availability.
