Cinch Home Services 2026 RE/MAX Broker Owner Conference Prize Wheel Promotion (“Promotion”) Official Rules (“Rules”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS IS AN INSTANT-WIN GAME OF CHANCE – YOU WILL KNOW WHETHER YOU HAVE WON IMMEDIATELY. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, WHO ARE PHYSICALLY PRESENT AT THE CINCH HOME SERVICES BOOTH DURING THE 2026 RE/MAX BROKER OWNER CONFERENCE. NOT OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, ANY OTHER U.S. TERRITORY, OR ANY LOCATION OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.

1. Eligibility

This Promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry: (a) are legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories, and residents of any other country, are NOT eligible); (b) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; and (c) are physically present at the Cinch Home Services, Inc. (“Sponsor” or “Cinch”) booth at the 2026 RE/MAX Broker Owner Conference, held August 16–18, 2026, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, Nashville, Tennessee (the “Conference”), during the Promotion Period defined in Section 3 (each, an “Entrant,” and collectively, “Entrants,” or “You”). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and its promotion and advertising agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Entry is free; no purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, You agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements in Section 1. You agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as they relate to the content and conduct of this Promotion.

3. Promotion Period

Entries will be accepted beginning on August 16, 2026 when the Cinch booth opens at the Conference MarketPlace, and ending on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 when the Cinch booth closes for the final time during the Conference MarketPlace (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit the Cinch booth at the Conference MarketPlace and scan the QR code displayed at the booth from your personal device to access the online activation hosted on the Woobox platform (the “Platform”). To enter, each Entrant must, in a single continuous visit: (a) answer three (3) questions presented on the Platform in their entirety; and (b) upon completing the questions, enter their qualifying contact information and receive one (1) automatic spin of the digital prize wheel (the “Wheel”) made available by the Platform. The result of each spin is generated instantly by the Platform in accordance with the odds described in Section 6, and is final. Each Entrant is limited to one (1) spin, and one (1) Prize, per person during the entire Promotion Period, regardless of the number of devices, email addresses, names, or other entry information used, and regardless of the number of times the questions are completed or attempted. Sponsor may require an Entrant to provide proof of valid first and last name and email address in order to receive and/or redeem a Prize. Use of bots, scripts, multiple devices, multiple email addresses, multiple identities, or other automated or fraudulent means to obtain additional spins or Prizes is prohibited.

The Platform may not independently prevent the same individual from entering more than once using different email addresses, names, or other entry information. Accordingly, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to identify, disqualify, and/or void any entry or Prize it determines was submitted or obtained by the same individual more than once, whether identified before or after a Prize has been announced or delivered. If Sponsor determines that an individual was awarded more than one Prize, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion: (a) honor only the first Prize won by that individual and void any additional Prize(s); (b) decline to deliver or fulfill any additional Prize(s) not yet delivered; and/or (c) request the return of, or offset the value of, any additional Prize(s) already delivered. Sponsor's determination as to whether multiple entries or Prizes were obtained by the same individual, and which Prize (if any) will be honored, is final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any Entrant it believes has otherwise violated these Rules or attempted to circumvent the entry process.

5. Prizes

The following prizes are available to be awarded during the Promotion Period (collectively, the “Prizes”):

  • $500 Marriott Gift Card – one (1) available; approximate retail value (“ARV”) $500.00.
  • $300 Away Carry-On Gift Card – two (2) available; ARV $300.00 each ($600.00 total).
  • Wholesale Club Membership or Handyman Reimbursement (Entrant's choice) – five (5) available; ARV up to $130.00 each ($650.00 total).
  • Team Experience – choice of mocktail bar, food truck, or headshot station, coordinated with the winning Entrant's office by a Cinch Account Executive – three (3) available; ARV up to $600.00 each ($1,800.00 total).
  • No Prize – all other spins.

Limit one (1) Prize per person for the duration of the Promotion Period. See Section 4 for Sponsor's right to void duplicate entries or Prizes obtained by the same individual under different entry information.

Total ARV of all Prizes available under this Promotion: $3,550.00.

Prize outcomes are determined entirely by chance through the Wheel. Depending on the random results generated during the Promotion Period, it is possible that fewer than the total number of Prizes listed above will be won, or that one or more Prizes will not be won at all. Sponsor does not guarantee that all Prizes described in this Section 5 will be awarded, and any Prize(s) not won through the Wheel during the Promotion Period will not be awarded by any other means. There is no second-chance drawing, additional spin, alternate entry method, or any other mechanism by which an unawarded Prize will be given out.

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion; if a Prize (or any portion of it) becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Marriott Gift Card and Away Carry-On Gift Card will be delivered electronically to the winning Entrant's email address within thirty (30) days of the Conference. The Wholesale Club Membership, Handyman Reimbursement, and Team Experience will each be coordinated by a Cinch Account Executive, who will contact the winning Entrant within thirty (30) days of the Conference to arrange next steps — for the Wholesale Club Membership or Handyman Reimbursement, how to submit for reimbursement, and for the Team Experience, how to schedule it. The reimbursement must be submitted, or the Team Experience must take place, within ninety (90) days after the Account Executive's initial outreach. If a winning Entrant does not respond to the Account Executive's outreach, or does not complete the steps needed to redeem the reimbursement or hold the Team Experience, within that ninety (90) day period, the Prize will be forfeited and no substitute winner will be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or undelivered Prizes once sent to the contact information provided by the Entrant. Any expenses not specifically stated in these Rules, including federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winning Entrant; see note below regarding non-U.S. tax withholding, which does not apply given the residency restriction in Section 1.

6. Odds

Odds of winning any Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entrants who play during the Promotion Period and the number of each Prize made available, as set forth in Section 5. Not all Entrants will win a Prize, and, because outcomes are randomly generated, it is possible that not all Prizes will be won during the Promotion Period.

7. Prize Determination and Fulfillment

This Promotion is an instant-win game; there is no separate drawing. Each Entrant's result is determined at the moment of their spin on the Wheel, as described in Section 4, and will be displayed to the Entrant immediately on the Platform screen. Winners of the Marriott Gift Card and Away Carry-On Gift Card will receive their Prize by email during the Conference. Winners of the Wholesale Club Membership/Handyman Reimbursement and Team Experience will be contacted by a Cinch Account Executive, and their Prize will be fulfilled in accordance with the timing described in Section 5; a Prize not redeemed, submitted, or held within the applicable period described in Section 5 will be forfeited, and no substitute winner will be selected. Sponsor's determination of each Entrant's result, as generated by the Platform, is final. Sponsor will not conduct a second-chance drawing, award any additional spins, or otherwise award any Prize that is not won through the Wheel during the Promotion Period, whether due to forfeiture, chance, or any other reason. Receipt of a Prize is conditioned on compliance with these Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering this Promotion, You understand and agree that Sponsor, and those acting on its behalf, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world, without limitation, Your entry, name, likeness, image, statements about the Promotion, and biographical information, for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further compensation, notice, review, or consent, for five (5) years, except where prohibited by law.

9. Conduct; Cancellation; Modification

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion should a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Wheel or Platform, or who otherwise violates these Rules. Any attempt by a person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys' fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability; Releases

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Woobox, Inc., Marriott International, Inc. and its affiliates, JRSK, Inc. dba Away and its affiliates, RE/MAX, LLC, Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors, from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, arising from or related to: (i) Your participation in the Promotion and/or Your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any computer, tablet, network, hardware, or software; (iii) unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmission or internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; or (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or processing of entries. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Woobox, Inc., JRSK, Inc. dba Away, Mariott International, Inc., RE/MAX LLC, Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, or any other third-party.

11. No Waiver

Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12. Governing Law; Disputes

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating, You agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties, and any cause of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Palm Beach County, Florida having jurisdiction. In any such dispute, You may not obtain, and hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, other than Your actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering this Promotion, and You waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. If any provision of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at www.cinchhomeservices.com/privacy-policy.

14. Sponsor

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Woobox, Inc., Marriott International, Inc., JRSK, Inc. dba Away, RE/MAX, LLC, or Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.
