Sharena has 30 years of experience leading digital, product and customer experience innovation within the consumer insurance and related fields.

Sharena is responsible for setting the strategic vision and guiding the overall direction of our company, stewarding our culture and driving our robust profitable growth agenda.   She is a visionary and proven leader, whose depth of experience and commitment to data driven innovation aligns with our mission at Cinch Home Services. Prior to her appointment as CEO, Sharena served as President at CONNECT, powered by American Family Insurance, a partnership insurance distribution business that managed more than $1 billion in customer premiums. She has also held senior roles at Homesite Insurance, AIG, Travelers, and Progressive, leading technology adoption, product management,  and establishing successful partnerships.

Additionally, Sharena is an Independent Director with Hiscox Insurance and Stearns Bank and serves on the Board of Literacy Green Bay. She is a strong proponent of literacy for all and volunteers on the Board, helping adult learners master the literacy skills necessary for personal and professional growth.  She also mentors founders in the Insurtech/Fintech space through Creative Destruction Lab – a nonprofit incubator. Sharena holds an MBA in Finance from York University (Toronto) and a BSc in Toxicology from the University of Toronto.

Adam leads corporate IT, digital transformation strategies, technology operations, security and resilience services.

In this role, Adam leads our digital technology and innovation roadmap through the establishment of Product, Software and Data Engineering practices to rapidly deliver game-changing experiences for our customers and partners. He is also responsible for technology operations, security and resilience services to successfully meet the needs of our customers and business lines. Prior to Cinch, Adam was Head of Digital Technology for AutoNation, the largest automotive retailer in the US. He was responsible for digital strategy, architecture and execution for the company’s interactive digital, CRM and custom development solutions with a focus on transformational digital engagement for online and in-store experiences. His technology and transformation experience also spans over 13 years with Accenture, where he served key clients such as Burger King, FedEx, Walgreens, AstraZeneca, and Walmart.

Anthony oversees marketing and is critical in fulfilling Cinch’s vision while driving growth and profitability targets.

With more than 18 years of experience digitally building brands for top tier firms, Anthony leads Cinch’s Marketing ecosystem, overseeing consumer and B2B strategies across DTC, Partner, and Real Estate. Formerly the SVP and Chief Growth Officer at TruGreen, he grew topline revenue with digital innovation, doubling organization sales volume and achieving record EBITDA for the nation’s largest lawn care brand. As President, DTC and CMO, for Brinks Home Security, Anthony orchestrated a successful rebrand and spearheaded the launch of the Google/Nest Secure Home Security System. Under his leadership, Brinks received the JD Power Award for customer satisfaction. Throughout his career, Anthony has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility including CMO of LiveWatch Security, acquired by Brinks Home Security, as well as VP of Sales and Marketing at Foot Levelers, Inc. and Oreck Corporation. Anthony holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Public Relations from Western Illinois University. Currently, he is a Board Member of Dexter-Russell, Inc, a role he has held since 2019.

Michael Fletcher serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Cinch Home Services.

In this role, he oversees all legal and compliance functions and serves as a member of the executive team, partnering with leaders across the organization to develop and implement strategies that support business growth while ensuring legal and ethical excellence. He plays a pivotal role in aligning legal operations with Cinch’s strategic goals, optimizing risk management, and driving results through proactive, business-oriented counsel.

Michael brings nearly 20 years of experience leading legal and business functions to accelerate growth, manage complex transactions, and transform corporate legal teams into scalable, high-performing business partners. Before joining Cinch, he served as SVP, General Counsel & Secretary at 2-10 Holdco, Inc., where he was instrumental in doubling EBITDA and guiding the company through its $585M acquisition by Frontdoor, Inc. He also held key legal leadership roles at CSG International and ARCADIS, where he negotiated major government and private sector agreements— including a $176M highway project and a $50M strategic alliance—while achieving precedent-setting litigation outcomes. Michael earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, with honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is admitted to the Colorado and Georgia bars.

Andrea focuses on enhancing culture while overseeing talent management, training and development and internal communication strategies.

Throughout her career, Andrea has held senior-level roles with well-known national brands, including AutoTrader Group, General Electric Company/NBC, Belkin International, Inc. and ADT. Throughout these previous positions, she gained considerable experience guiding companies through cultural and digital transformations while developing a passion for delivering creative and innovative talent solutions to bolster the company’s ability to attract, develop and retain great people. Andrea received her Bachelor of Science degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.

Sena Kwawu oversees the Operations organization and is key in creating a best-in-class customer experience.

With more than 20 years of global leadership experience spanning operations, finance, procurement, supply chain, process improvement and risk management, Sena leads Cinch’s Operations organization, including customer service, service delivery, quality assurance, supply chain, and NPS functions. As SVP, Operations for Frontdoor, Inc., he led customer service operations and oversaw contractor relations for the company’s network of 16k+ prequalified contractor firms and 60k technicians. Under Sena’s co-leadership, the company introduced Virtual Remote Diagnosis technology, resulting in very high number of first-time fix experiences. Prior to this, Sena held several key leadership roles at Starbucks, Genworth Financial, State Street and GE where his strategic decision-making accelerated global growth, drove operational transformation and increased profitability. Sena has an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University, School of Business. He is a graduate of The Executive Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and is a GE-trained Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Additionally, Sena serves on several boards, including Avista Corporate (since 2021), Executive Leadership Council (preeminent membership organization committed to increasing the number of global black executives in C-Suites), and also as Board Chair of VillageReach (non-profit global health innovator).

Doug oversees the company’s corporate strategy, driving the vision for a Cinch solution in every household.

Responsible for driving corporate strategy, Doug also leads product development and solutions and the optimization of Cinch’s customer retention initiatives, ensuring the satisfaction of our nationwide customer base. Before joining Cinch, Doug held a prominent executive role at Accenture, a premier global professional services firm. During his tenure, he directed both domestic and international engagements in areas such as corporate strategy, global program management, and strategic partner development. Doug played a pivotal role in empowering market leaders to achieve differentiation and expand their value propositions through innovative, technology-driven solutions. Doug holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and is a past president of the National Home Service Contract Association.
