Common home repairs in The Pine Tree State that can be covered

Maine's varied seasons bring both beauty and wear and tear to your home. Regular use increases the need for upkeep of systems and appliances. Here are some of the most common home repairs in Maine that a home warranty plan can help with:

HVAC systems
Maine sees frigid winters and humid summers, making heating and air conditioning crucial. A reliable HVAC system keeps your home cozy or cool as needed. With a home warranty plan, you get repair coverage, helping to replace financial burdens with convenience.

Plumbing systems
Everyday use means water heaters and sump pumps experience high utility rates, making them susceptible to wear and tear over time.

Electrical systems
Your home’s electrical systems, including wiring, outlets and circuit breakers, can wear out over time from daily use.

Household appliances
Everyday appliances, from refrigerators to washers and dryers, experience regular wear and tear. A home warranty plan can help ensure you won't be caught off guard if one of your essential appliances breaks down unexpectedly.

I am very happy with Cinch. Submitting a claim with Cinch was straightforward; they sent someone out quickly. The service was much faster compared to other home warranties I've previously used. Their quick and efficient service stands out. My granddaughter submitted the claim online, and they called me soon after to set up an appointment. The tech arrived the next day, which was very convenient.
I haven't had many claims, but the one experience I had was handled swiftly and met my expectations. I rate my experience with Cinch as fabulous. Their customer service is excellent, as are the services they provide.

Cinch takes care of the customer when there's a problem. The person they decide to use follows up and texts you every step. They have good customer service and always present themselves well. Whenever you have a question, they're always there to answer it. Recently, my water heater was leaking. It couldn't be fixed so it had to be replaced. If I know somebody's looking for a home warranty, I always tell them about Cinch Home Services. They're wonderful. You don't have to go out there and look for anyone to fix anything for you ‘cause they got your back.

My experience when submitting a claim was very seamless and effortless. The tech who came knew what the issue was with the heater immediately and he ordered the fan motor. They had it the next morning and he came and put it in the next morning. It was during the winter when I didn't have heat because of it and they were really fast and on the ball.
