FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (August 7, 2017) – Cross Country Home Services (CCHS), a leader in home repair, maintenance and warranty services, today announced that Andrea Kane has joined the executive leadership team as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Kane brings more than 20 years of experience cultivating and nurturing talent at some of the top organizations in the country. She will oversee the talent management, total rewards, training & development, employee recognition and internal communications strategies. Her focus will be on enhancing CCHS’ organizational culture and talent capabilities to better attract, develop, retain great people, and foster a highly engaged culture as a great place to work.

Prior to joining CCHS, Kane held positions such as Chief People Officer at AutoTrader Group, where she created the company’s best-in-class people strategies to help evolve the organization and culture while the company underwent a digital evolution. She also led the creation of an array of talent and cultural solutions that helped her team earn the prestigious human resources industry award, the SHRM-Atlanta Pegasus Award for Excellence, in recognition of their vision, entrepreneurial spirit, inspirational leadership and innovation.
Throughout her career, Kane has held senior-level roles with well-known brands including General Electric Company/NBC, Belkin International, Inc. and ADT.
Kane is the latest addition to the CCHS leadership team following the appointments of Chris Askew, Chief Operating Officer; and Richard Outram, Chief Financial Officer. These key new hires will help drive CCHS’ growth plan which includes exploring new avenues to digitize and improve the customer experience, strengthen its value proposition with service partners and boost CCHS’ productivity and efficiency.
